Even if the 1st of January isn’t your go-to for fresh starts, you can’t deny the collective momentum of the world resetting its calendars, setting intentions and dreaming bigger.
This is the beauty of CUSP ENERGY: a time to pause, reflect and very consciously choose the energy you want to embody in the year ahead.
To get you started in activating Cusp Energy for yourself - answer the following:
✨ How do you want to feel in 2025?
✨ What are you ready to create?
✨ What are you leaving behind for good?
Why? Because, the truth is, how we step into the year matters. When we intentionally clear space, we’re telling the Universe (and ourselves) that we’re ready for expansion.
Through rituals.
Through yearly goals.
Through manifestation or vision boards.
Our actions are an indicator of our energy, so get clear on what yours is saying.
The Power of Right Now
Before we dive into rituals or resolutions, I invite you start with a clean slate.
This week is perfect for clearing the old to make way for the new. My clients and I do this all the time, not just physically but energetically too.
Here’s a checklist to get started:
✅ Clean out a drawer, closet or cupboard (yes, wipe behind the microwave 😉)
✅ Donate clothes or items that no longer align with who you’re becoming in 2025
✅ Declutter your digital spaces (hello, 10,000 unread emails 👀)
✅ Create and protect space in your calendar for rest and reflection
✅ Write down habits, beliefs or energies you’re releasing and burn or shred the paper
Without a doubt, every intentional act of clearing sends a message: “I am ready for my next level.”
Your Empress Era Awaits
