I used to wait.

For a sign.

I thought if I waited long enough, I’d wake up one day brimming with energy, clarity and unshakable confidence...or at least no more excuses.

That day never came.

Instead, I woke up exhausted from the waiting.
Tired and fed up of hoping for something (and mostly someone...no wonder my dating life was a disaster) outside of me to make it all easier.

What I’ve learned - and what I want to share with you - is this:
